Hello my Chéris-Chéris, I wish you all the best for 2013. And particulary lot of love. Sorry to be a so bad blogger but i'm stucked in bed for the rest of the week, sick. The Doctor founds me an another troubles : Arterial Hypertension. Oh well, means i should stop salt, cheese, wine, coffee, cigaretts, beer, .... As i don't smoke more than 5 cigarettes by month, the thing i really affraid is to stop salt. I'm a real goat !!!! But i take this bad new in a positive way : eat more vegetables (no problem i love that), try to resist to cheese and red wine... Yes i can !!! Reduce my stress at work, well the hardest thing but it's possible. Ok i'm ready to fuck this new year in a positive way. Hope it's the same for you. Big Kisses and the best is among us. Ollie. |

I've had this going on for a year or two now Ollie. Salt is real bad but the stress thing is the worst. Computers dont help !
Beer is OK so long as it is by the glass and not the bucket.

Here's to a new year Ollie...I was told I have high blood pressure last year...have to eat 2 pills a day for that, and change the diet and exercise more. Yeah salt, having to cut back on cheese and Mexican food and the like. I've been eating lots of salads cutting back on the 'bad' stuff...The work stress thing is something too. (Stay away from 'A'-holes and you'll be alright...hahaha)..Happy New Year!
