Hello Young Fellahs,
Sorry for my lack of post, but i was sick from the 1st january till the 28th. And too finish in a apotheose, i had vomit all what i had eatten by my 2 nose holes, fall 2 times on the floor thinking it was the end for me. It's me or the stomach virus was pretty hard this year in France !?!? Ha ha ha !!!
Well i'm back with no more lumbago pain and happy to have lost 3 pounds ha ha ha !!! i think it's the right time to start abds and be in good shape to ride my bike for a new long way this year.
