The black diamond is the only thing that i love in winter. I had found a local producter who sell black truffle for a reasonable price (1000€ by kilo). Of course, it's not good as the one i used to purchase from Perigord area at 2700€ le kilo. Perigord is "triple A".
But i really can't afford this kind of luxe this year even if i only purchase 2 or 3 OZ by year.
This is how i like it.
With butter spread on a good french bread, a little bit of "salt flower" on top of the egg. And it 's the explosion in your mouth.
I had converted other friends to test it. The result is positive. They like !!!
To improve easyness, i boiled 2 eggs / personn and put it in a cup.
I had found a restaurant who cook Black Truffle pizza. Deadlicious and so simple :
Only cream with black truffle + mozzarella + roquette salad + black truffle. Easy but divine !!!
