Yeah ! Friday will be sludge or won't be : Knut are back !

Knut !!! Not the polar bear !!! The famous sludge hardcore band from Switzerland will play in my town friday 2th december !!! Yes Yes Yes !!!! I'm so happy, i didn't saw them on stage since 2006. The mosh pit was awesome, we all looks like rockin autists dancin like fools ha ha ha !!! Hope all my old pals will be to the next show. I must call my friend Rhuan and motivate him after his workin day of 15 hours !

Even if i'm 35 years old, i can't deny the music i love during my 20 years. I still love heavy music even if i didn't listen it a lot, stop to cross all the Europa for shows or buy records. When a good band stop in my town, you could be sure i'm the first at the show behind the scene ready to rock ha ha ha !!!

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO, the saturday night gig of King Salami & the Cumberland 3 was amazing. So powerfull and positive !!! What a blast !!! These guys makes me love garage, me ......... yes !!! The gal who hates garage music ha ha ha excepted the Sonics.

I met tons of friends, dance like a crazy chick, found cool 45 rpm, do the groupie with my friend Sandra. It was so cool !

The band open the show with "Bloody Mary". I couldn't ask for more !!!! One of my all time favourite song !! Just perfect !!!

I create a new blog : The first cat on Mars (Wait few days for real blog entries)

This new blog will be dedicated to all the girly posts i made. All the weirdos ones will stay on Big Mama Introspection and the others about decoration, retro style, outfit, clothing purchase etc will goes on the first cat on Mars.

Sometimes, i 'm censure myself because i don't want boring my men audience (i bored enough everybody with my bad english !!)  with make up and clothes, so a new blog could be a good idea. I will try for a copple of weeks and if i don't have time i will close it.

Last repros and neo purchases

Harmonica Franck : I'm little bit deceiving. But when i listen to it, a band play in my back. My right ear is almost deaf so i only heard an harmonica sound, so i buy it.
The rhythm is too slow to used this record on DJ set. I will keep it for my personnal use :)

Al Ferrier : It was time to found a record of him and stop to listen him on you tube ! I wasn't foolhardy because i buy a classic, not all his songs are good.

Kid rocker : I had listen to this one on the blog of Dice Magazine during the week. I laught when i fall on it this week-end so i've buy it. A very good and classic rockabilly, i will bring it for my next DJ set. Did you know that Kid Rocker has only 14 years old when he made this release ? Awesome talent !

I didn't paid too much attention last time i saw them during the High Rockabilly 2010 because i was in the back of the audience. But this time i had a place just behind the scene. It was perfect.

The Rockin Gône 2011 was amazing. Goods shows, good friends, cool people. WOW ! 50's festival and surf are the best medecine for soul i know !!!

My last thoughts :

Excepted work and try to have fun during weekend, i'm really boring in my town.
With my humble blog i try, i said "i try", because it's more a fight to keep things interesting in my town, so i try to be aware and found new ideas about  intertainement, fun, culture, music, etc. Not easy at all.

But 50's festival are with waves (salted or on concrete) the lone places were i'm feel alive. I know that's not real life but this is the lone instant where my body and soul are connected. Most of the time, i'm a serious working robot + I'm a lonely old maid.

So 50's festival are for me the place to see old friends from other areas, others people passionate by music, dance all night long. It's like an pilgrimage for my soul.

I know it's the thoughts of a weirdo gal, but 50's festival are still important for me like the first day. I really think that i will change my mind with age and time, but not. All the year, i think about the next festival. This is one of the thing who keep me motivated.
I know that's immature and non spiritual to confess that 50's festivals are a religion for me but i can't lost interest. My entourage doesn't really comprehend why i lost time, money and dance with eternal teenagers, instead be married and have children. For sure have kids should be great, but in South of France, if get married it's to stay at home with kids while your hubby fuck with all the women he met, stop to have passions because you don't have time between work and children, and your macho hubby dissaprove to have a wife who knows and do more things than him. Excuse me, but i prefer be the beachnik gal who bop all night long during festival. Sorry to be what i'm but i prefer my choices even if it's radical. Again, i will said it but I will not bow down !! I will submit myself only beyond love, intelligence and kindness.

BTW, i had failed all my pics. I'm so sad to fail it, shows were terrific. I enjoy so much the "Zazou Cowboys" show.  I'm waiting with impatience their release. I hope my friends makes greater pic than me, because i would like have a little souvenir of the gigs.

A positive new today !

With my windscreen broken, i really don't know if i could go to the "Rockin Gône fest 8". But i just received the call of an old rocker from my area who wants to find people to share car and fuel. Great !

So i decided to go but i must avoid to spent too much money when i will be there !

I will tell to my friends that they have the right to kick my ass if they saw me near records stalls !!! Free ass kicks !!! ha ha ha !!!

I never saw the Barfly, the new band of Manu. Hum .........i guess it will be "Free Style" ha ha ha !!!!

This month, they broke for the second time my rear-view mirror. In fact, each time they saw me came out from my home, they try to submit me and there is reprisals on my car during the night.

Without an agressive attitude, just like someone quiet, who doesn't paid attention to them but with my head up. I refused to pass with my eyes looking my feet, like all the europeans does.

Yesterday, i've got rendez-vous with my home gals to go to theater. I was very well-turned as i used to do after work. So i cross my street to catch my car. As always the drug dealer gang was on the street. They hate white women independant. They watch too much porn movies with little white women who got sodomy with 2 arabs. So they think, us, european women must have a submissive attitude. What ??? SUBMISSION ? What's that world ???? Not in the Big Mama vocubalary !!! I only have a submissive attitude beyond love and intelligence and i will not bow down beyond stupidity.

Ok, so i pass my door home to take my car, and the gang of 10 pot dealers were here. I ignore them, but i notice for the second time, the same guy who quite the gang and turn in my direction to watch what i do and to show me that he disaproves my presence. I think "Shit now, he knows where's my car"!!!

I think : ok this is the new guy who think that i'm a danger for him and need to show his dissaprobation for the lone fact that i'm a lone girl on the street, be white, who drives a car, and well-turned : a real offense for modern muslim who deal drugs !!! Assholes !!!

How they could affirm to be real men when they are unsetled by a woman who cross the street beyond a gang of 10 guys !!!! ????? WTF !!!!! This is a non sense !!! 

Ok, so to show they hate me, during the night they broke my windscreen ! And it cost 230 € I'm so fuckin pissed off !!! What courageous men !!!! What brave men !!!

I hope my assurance will be ok to paid a good part of the price. I've got rendez-vous with a garage saturday morning just before quite for the rockabilly festival !!!! GRRRRRR !!!! If assurance won't paid, i could'nt go to the show :(

I'm so impatient to quite the center of town for countryside !!!! I'm really not feel secure here. And i want a tasser for Christmas :)

My sunday was so great. i visit my friends in the sailor man city of Sète. Sète is at 30 kilometers from my home town.

It's an adorable little city with a sunday's flea market near the center. After the flea market, we stop in the fresh market to eat and drink (a lot !!)
We had taste french goat cheese, sausages, oysters and urchins. Mediterannean oysters are different from the french Atlantic cost. It's more tasty and bigger. So not really easy to eat. Of course the degustation turns as a big mess as always !! Wow, eat oyster is so difficult !!!

A Tail records, before take the road and start with a good mood.

The white wine Picpoul de Pinet is perfect with oysters.

 Because we don't eat enough, i stop at the bakery for cakes. Deadlicious !!!
